Meditation brings
full attention and awareness, being attentive to what happens in the moment.
A person focusing on the present moment in an active way, trying not to interfere with,
and appreciate what is felt
or perceived
at any time.
As a therapeutic procedure primarily seeks the emotional and other processes in
nonverbal nature, that are accepted and lived in its own condition, without
being
avoided or trying to control them.
The control of uncontrollable is
subject to automatic processing, requiring a mere experimental
and natural exposure with as little interference as possible.
I will launch a number of meditation groups at different times
to facilitate
assistance according to your schedules.

Creative Workshop for
children,
in
IBIZA

Every Wednesday: from
17.30 - 19.00
hrs -
We will work on different
directions such as Verbal and Non-verbal Communication,
Assertiveness–differentiating it of aggressive or passive
behaviors-, training on specific skills such as: how to ask for
things, how to compliment someone, how to say no, etc.
Social skills dynamics
Theoretical introduction, explanation of basic concepts, that will
be worked at the sessions.
Role-playing, where we will work on different aspects being treated
in dynamics of situations played by children participating in the
studio and later evaluation by the other children. Setting in common
and debate.
Corporal expression will be made through playful dynamics, dance,
guided movements and spontaneous movements, etc.
Through corporal expression we want to create an space where
children, by means of their body, could express themselves without
any fear neither any shame.
The way the participating children relate with others, will be
evaluated at the different dynamics that will take place during
CREATIVE WORKSHOP.
During all the sessions along the workshop, relaxing dynamics will
be made, where we will teach children to relax in a simple and
fitted to their age way, so they can perform in other situations of
day life.
Periodically fathers will be given a report on important matters
observed on their children, where their more positives qualities and
characteristics to be raised. |
